瑜伽班(三) -- 腳軟篇~

照常頭一個鐘會係上一堂初步動作~
跟著半個鐘就開始做一d發軟蹄~haha~
因為係企係度做屈膝90度動作..超攰~
又黎左腳蹺過右腳..曲膝..左手蹺過右手..曲手...
重黎一個單腳企..手向前伸..腳向後飛~死未^^
